Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order for postage Australia-wide via express post.

Shipping status

Orders will be shipped the next business day of order. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. 

Delivery time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Love Maisie is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Love Maisie can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, email info@lovemaisie.com.au with your Full Name and Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately!

Love Maisie is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part.

 

 

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via info@lovemaisie.com.au to arrange return.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
